I think "pedo guy" has suffered damages. I'll always think of him as "pedo guy", and I'm sure he suffered some abuse from Musk's overzealous cultists. I wouldn't want to go through what he did and be forced into litigation to clear my name.
When I think about lawsuits I think about two things: 1. Liability, i.e. was something done wrong? 2. Damages, i.e. if something was done wrong, what was the harm?
