I don’t eat cheese because cheese is not a part of the Manchu diet. Manchus were hunters not herders. Mongols were herders and they do eat cheese. Though these two people overlap quite a lot. Manchuria. The proto-Altaic people differentiated into forest hunters who later became Manchus and steppe herders who later became Mongols. Manchus are better at pig farming besides hunting. So we are not that used to cheese, not as much as Mongols are. But I’d happily eat lamb.
