Yes, Calderon tried to solve it and found out it was unsolvable. It can only be contained … and solved slowly over time
So what you’re saying is that the optimal way to handle it is to neither attempt to destroy it nor allow it to grow uninhibited?

I sometimes fantasize about opening a plant in Mexico and with the likely passing of the MCA that seems reasonable, but man, the violence! I’ve been shaken down before in a foreign country but this is a whole another level.
