      I have a warehouse in Texas (50 minutes east of Dallas) and today we had 3 pallets of cut, clean, flat cardboard. We’ve called numerous recyclers and they will not pick it up even if the cardboard is free. What China did was pretty clever, but it’s hurt recycling in the USA.
