UK as France had colonies in Africa and middle east. I would say since a long time ago the had those percentages while Sweden and Germany increased 4 o 5% from 1 or 2 due to asylum seekers since Syrian war. Not really a matter of money
Also in Poland they beat muslims, and is pretty common from what I have heard. So catholic country by the way. In Spain we are just in front of Morocco but not accepting refugees so that percentage is low. The less muslims the better
