      Vietnam scores very highly on PISA tests. Apparently Vietnamese second graders will soon be learning probability and statistics.           Another correction: the China data is for Shanghai, Beijing, Jiangsu province, and Guangdong province - not just "their most developed city" Evidently, I did not score very high on the PISA exam...
