China is definitely gaining footholds in Africa, and it actually teaches Africans discipline which western countries never did.       Disagree again. China isn't as big in Africa as the West makes it out to be, from what I've seen and read. All African countries are proxies for somebody, but many are American, British, or French proxies before they are Chinese.

      What is my way? I don’t educate people in Africa. How do you know “my way” is different from China’s? Manchuria is in the PrC today. Their way must be your way by your logic.

      I’m a white westerner but I subscribe to Deng Xiaoping; Black car or white cat, it doesn’t matter. It only matters if the cat catches mice. New phone without pinyin installed otherwise I’d write that in Chinese for ya.
