I run two businesses. If I had to pick one, I'd say customers, but I don't think there's much value to my response. If I polled you the following, would it make sense?
"Students, Administrators, Professors, and Alumni all influence college decisions. For better decisions, which group should get more influence?"

Well I didn't include managers in my poll, so I wouldn't include administrators in your poll. Otherwise makes sense.
