Hmm not sure. But yea, their edge really limited. Imo, most is way weaker than ups /FedEx. Those time definite/ground networks took decades and billions to build. You can start a ride share tomorrow if u want in a smaller city with say 100m
Disagree with your last point, I think. 1. Who’s going to give you 100mm for undifferentiated ride share in a smaller city? 2. Uber and Lyft can locally cut prices and kill you Uber may not be a good buy at this price and Lyft may ultimately win out but this is likely a duopoly
Oh yeah, all the tertiary apps like Juno are going bust.
Not saying it will happen, but just highlighting the low barrier to entry. Very easy to get up to same service level. Transport afterall is commodity
