I've closely followed the politicking a few times from stock market research. Mostly, DC seems to "work" by corporations choosing a side based on financial reasons, justifications are post hoc nonsense, and the side with more money often wins. Can non-pros really navigate that?

All been but shut down. That Trump has not attempted to shepherd his regulatory nominees through congress, and that there are tricky ways to get changes made by inserting small but powerful riders on must pass bills.
