I don't know a ton about the topic, but I'm pretty sure the baltic states, Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia, are all more successful than Georgia. Also, Georgia is, like Ukraine, an occupied nation. Russia controls much of the country https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occupied_territories_of_Georgia …
