Here's the link to the list of wireless network passwords in a bunch of global airports. Never used it, but should be helpful. I must've wasted 30 minutes trying to get a stable internet connection Manila airport

If you connect 1) use one booking, dont "optimize" 2) leave at least 2-3 hours for transit depending on how long the first flight is.
-
Re 1): If you miss the connection at least they rebook for you so its a minor headache. Theres nothing worst than trying to get money out of an airline company.

If you dont use packing cubes, use them. And travel in a tracksuit and change clothes before landing :)

my wife does all my packing - sorry, what do packing cubes do? I don't get it.

Get a Chase Sapphire card instead of airline mileage cards. You will have banked mileage in a single spot rather than divided, and the miles are then transferable to many airlines rather than locked in to one. Plus you get a bonus on hotels and food in addition to miles.

Used to have it. Got rid of it. Priority Pass is fucked. One time we tried to get the trip insurance for a missed flight and it was absolute hell. I'd rather just have a cashback card.

Buy a really nice piece of carry on luggage - one with 4 wheels. It lasts a long time since it doesn't get tossed around, and you'll have to walk it quite far sometimes.
-
That's a great one. Adding it. I got some good Samsonite from Costco, but...I wasn't the only one, so I bought a bunch of pokemon stickers in Japan so now I can tell that bad boy apart.
