Is Steve Jobs an righteous entrepreneur or a predator of harsh working condition cheap Chinese labor? Is a lawyer a honest earner or a parasite on the system? Are most doctors doing good for society or profiting off of unnecessary prescriptions and procedures? It's not clear.

Easy to write a tax policy. Hard to run agencies, manpower and laws to go after the criminals. If you're "criminal enough" to be rich, then get taxed. Something like that. Of course, they will hide that cash and live large anyway.
