I'm of two minds, and can see both points. Sometimes you need to register criticism without putting people on blast. And asking oneself if you are the asshole in question can be reflective.
Eh...maybe. I think as a society we'd be better off if everyone spoke directly. Anyways, being on Twitter and not putting people on blast is like coming into the ring and not fighting.

Twitter is sort of a place where there is a lot of disproportionate power. People can be destroyed and have real-life consequences for shitposts. In person, I agree completely, go right at them.
