Everyone is going through something. Even multimillionaire NBA champion Kevin Love. That said, IMHO, even if it starts to seem like exposing your weaknesses is being celebrated, it's really not. Society wants strong stoic solve it silently men. That's the cruel truth.

But shouldn't we ask why society wants these things, and whether we are better off or worse off capitulating to what society deems right or important or expected? Perhaps it may lead to alienation, but isn't challenging that I'll conceived norm our duty, and the whole point?
