80% is a bit strong. It's mostly Chinese kids with rich parents without any patriotic ambition outside of the desire to not be seen as unpatriotic. Even if 80% of Chinese immigrant students were spies, if America is doing its job, we'd be able to convert some to genuine good
American citizens, as many other people of Chinese descent are. You're from the People's Republic of China. You seem smart to me. Why wouldn't America want more people like you? And there are many in China, waiting for a chance for a bette rlife.
