What's best for her, isn't best for society though. Forget the US. Every engineer, software or otherwise, who goes into finance over technology and science is a loss for the entire world. The idea that more people should go into finance is at odds with all of your other views.
Let's take the last productive part of the American economy, tech, and shift those people to finance. Great, thanks Dan.
