Cuban-Americans might be a good example. At an average household income of $57,000 per year, they are the highest earning Latino group in the United States. I've never been to Cuba, but with its communist regime, I imagine they're sending their best and keeping their worst.
What countries have the largest differential (positive or negative) between the average immigrant to the United States from that country and the the average citizen from that country?

India, at least wrt IQ, has the highest differential I believe

Highest earning ethnic group in the United States. Never been to India but I believe that there's a big gap between Indian immigrants to the USA and Indian citizens. By the way, I don't necessarily endorse IQ as a measure.
