I can't help thinking a wheelbarrow or a little two-wheel handcart wouldn't be easier. It seems like a half dozen old farmers could invent more useful stuff out of random junk lying around than all these development NGOs together.
This is for transporting water. I've never before seen an invention that actually managed to serve the world's poor and got adoption. Usually inventions for Africa are nonsense like a soccerball that generates power when it's kicked, but this thing really makes sense.pic.twitter.com/NSKC2atOJt

Also it looks simple, easily replaced, no need for complex maintenance, robust. Not some complicated thing that breaks down and nobody can repair.
