Which is the correct paradigm for longevity and our bodies: Use it or lose it. Use it and lose it. Do our bodies get worn out from use or does use make our bodies stronger? What about stuff like stress?

I meant chronic stress on body is problematic if that’s what you’re asking. I assume chronic stress is also bad for the mind. Though I don’t necessarily equate heavy usage/stimulation with stress. Not sure if that makes sense
