Lol.. uh. Yeah well actually you can have too high a count which impedes as well. I have heard that actually caffeine can make a difference, no idea if that is true, also various herbal things exist. They have tests for this sort of thing. I'm no expert, that's for sure
What's the best way for a married man to ensure that his sperm are the best quality possible? Just increase sperm count? I assume that it's a race to the egg so the more sperm you have, the faster the winning sperm will be?
