Simple fitness habits that have worked for me: - Have a few go-to meals that are high protein and convenient - Intermittent fasting - No soda, juice, energy drinks (diet soda ok) - Liquor > beer - 2-3 short workouts per week, lifting more weight each time - Walk/bike if possible

Maybe if you could make it work for sales, customer service, and support, then it'd be a nice platform people pay for. I think grades should be made public in school btw. It would have made me a better student.
