Simple fitness habits that have worked for me: - Have a few go-to meals that are high protein and convenient - Intermittent fasting - No soda, juice, energy drinks (diet soda ok) - Liquor > beer - 2-3 short workouts per week, lifting more weight each time - Walk/bike if possible
I don't like working out. Boring. Gotta figure out a way to through sport, but it's hard to organize.
