Right. If they know you're owned. But even if they don't know and you ask for a low price and then 4 hours later ask "hey did you get my e-mail", even if they don't explicitly learn its urgent, they'll know you're desperate, implying you can accept higher prices.
When you are rushing, you can never get a good price. Haste makes waste. Haste makes bargaining impossible.
