This has swamped our warehouse. Despite being $3 more expensive, non-prime customers, not knowing how to purchase the $14.98 version purchase the $17.98 version instead.

Over the weekend Amazon made products not fulfilled by Amazon more prominent to accounts with a prime subscription. Previously, non-prime customers would've seen our $14.98 Fulfilled by Amazon Patrick the Goat. Now they see our $17.98 Patrick the Goat.pic.twitter.com/dz1L4M1nOw

Presumably you have a dramatically better margin on the 17.98? Why do you have the two different listings? Think this has to do with dropping FedEx?

Yes, better. Sometimes you go out of stock at Amazon. Good to have a backup channel. Yes! I do!! I think it's also a possible A|B test...but I haven't seen them display it like it was originally so perhaps not.
