President Trump, I understand how negotiation works and I understand that sometimes you need to bluff and make claims that you can dial back down later. I also understand and agree with many of the things you're saying about China. For sure they steal IP

, for sure they don't play fair. All that is true. However, if you want your policies to restart manufacturing in America and not harm small businesses and american consumers, you need to change them up. You are not giving us enough time to adapt to your tariffs!
