According to my FedEx salesman, 3-10% of packages from Amazon FCs were being delivered by FedEx. After August 31, that volume will go to UPS. He claims that it will be a massive problem for them.

Not just about the numbers. It's about capacity too. Only so many boxes you can fit in a truck, for example.
