I haven’t heard of Rakuten and question their ability to know. Amazon strips so much out of emails, I’ve never been aware Amazon was fulfilling. Also, (for others, assume you know this), Last Mile fulfillment doesn’t mean they didn’t use a carrier for some part of the delivery

Agreed, my main point is the first, I doubt Rakuten (or anyone other than Amazon) knows this number. I don’t think they should be fulfilling that much of last mile frankly but that’s colored by what I know about Wayfair’s network

I've definitely seen a noticeable increase in Amazon last-mile, mostly through contractors, but 50%? C'mon.
