I don’t think this is a mission statement, these are values. I like them as values. Mission statement should cover the what / who / why of the company. Could be structured as: In order to [insert goal] for [insert customer] we [insert generic what you do]

I really like “No Bullshit” as a value, but do you think your non-American workers understand what that means? There’s something valuable in the profanity, but I’m wondering if “No Bullshit” would be universally understood

I don't. I didn't send it to our only non-American worker for that reason. I'm not even sure how to explain it. That said, when I hired her I did have these four core values on the job description. It definitely needs an explanation.
