Just occurred to me that entrepreneurs are, among successful people, the most humble. Anyone starting a business cannot avoid making a lot of mistakes, having their certainties shattered by facts etc... They must act on their gut feelings yet be ready to change their minds.
I regularly communicate poorly and a result of this, people I manage do what I used to consider a "bad job". Once I realized that I was not that "great", I became a much better manager. And I have so much more to learn... Not fake humility.

You must pair humility that you are often wrong and with the confidence to take action. It's a paradox.
