Outside of SF, what are some examples of successful developments that have restored and/or created vibrant urban waterfronts? Something like Lincoln Yards in CHI or Brooklyn Navy Yard, but completed (or almost)
IMHO, it's hard to miss with such a development. Vieux port in Montreal Tampa's downtown bay Austin is basically one giant example of this as I understand it.
