@realHiltonHart I had a long conversation with @NonGaap who explained that we were leaving serious money on the table by not developing and then selling a SAAS product to our happy loyal customers. This is also why you saw me write something similar in oilstub (better candidate).
I remember you suggesting this ages ago, but his explanation made a lot of sense. Oftentimes the hardest part of a SAAS product is sales and marketing, with our network of customers plus referrals we have that partially solved.

It'd have to be something other than counterfeit reporting software, because that's a commoditized service and it'd cannibalize our real money maker (lawsuits). Something complementary to running cases that covers our costs would be nice though.
