Silicon Valley real estate? Price appreciation I think has been driven by supply constraints as much as tech growth. Former harder to predict than latter. Will tweet some more later!!

- Industrial real estate owners in Brooklyn and Long Island City? Spent some time thinking about this. It's very hard. Probably the easiest examples are startups that semi-pivot. Twitter was for broadcasting what you were doing. Airbnb was intended to be like couchsurfing.

My in-laws house in the east bay was $600k 6 years ago, now Zillow estimates it’s worth $1.6m. 45 minutes from Apple, rough commute, good school district. Houses in the neighborhood aren’t even lasting a week and a half on the market.
