I'm not sure if the remote work trend will decelerate urbanization. Restaurants, events, friends, transport etc are all better in urban environments. Proximity to work is not the only reason why people live in cities.people naturally cluster.

I agree. Cities will be popular for lifestyle. But calculation will shift somewhat. I think remote viability at scale still far away.
