Suppose for a moment that every individual has an ideal diet. How do you determine it?
Fractal in the sense that I am looking at data from different sets of scale i.e. A. me < B. friends < C. studies < D. influenza seems to have killed many people

Actually there is a better example of D. You can look at the teeth of Eskimos or rationing of certain types of food during ww2

If you had to pick a single food that you think either greatly worsens your enjoyment of life or shortens your lifespan, which would you pick?

Juice/soda

not sure about "<". there's a trade-off. higher scales are less applicable to you but findings are more robust as you have more data points. (also you might change with time and the only way to hedge is to look at other people)
