not trying to be purposely dense. i'm just wary of spiritual/combat language slapped onto things that are very much not so.

I can't find it on my podcast app (overcast). Even then, I have an intuitive understanding of the metaphor and I even feel it in my daily life. My statement might still stand after listening though
