It was suggested by Dale Carnegie. "Let the other person feel that the idea is his or hers."
I had this weird thought just now that the socratic method (asking questions repeatedly until the teacher is satisfied and the respondent understands) is an effective management technique. Am I right?

I’ve heard it described as coaching vs feedback. Feedback is prescriptive, do this instead of this. Coaching is more probing with questions so they find their own solution
