      With how sticky housing is, cities that seem overpriced and overhyped can be excellent investments. For example, everyone loves Boulder, CO. With how most jobs are structured, it will take a long time for the population who wants to move there to get there.

      I know Boulder is way above the American mean, but, depending on how you look at it (think of the value Boulder offers, or its prices relative to California), it's underpriced.

      Today, you can only buy in Boulder if you are already wealthy. So the “investment “ is only possibly if you are rich.
