Hmm. Peak isn't that different, but area under the curve is twice as high in the evenings. Blood glucose stays elevated a lot longer when eating at night.

Was on phone. Thanks. Missed area under curve and that they controlled for meal. It's gotta be activities. I would think that our bodies would want the glucose in our bloodstream in the morning (so that we can use it?).
