Downtowns that do not alone function as a funnel point for commuters
Beautiful places that previously had low migration due to few job opportunities
Neighborhoods whose values are based on schools, pleasant commercial areas, or parks
It'll take some time to break the big company inertia in their HR departments etc.

For sure, it won’t be led by large corps. Startups will grow into the model and stick with it until it’s common enough big companies notice and start to match to compete in the hiring market

And once you set those standards, then look for new office space / some kind of subletting to lower unnecessary real estate expenses
