If you believe that I'm right about these things, then miles driven per capita are going to go way down.

Restaurants and bars
School
Experiential shopping
Leisure i.e. parks, sports, hikes etc.

The problem is that loses the telecommuting benefit of being able to have employees anywhere in the world, but I do think this will be a popular model in 5-10 years

I feel like if you’re sub ~20 people totally distributed works fine and everyone knows what everyone else is up to. As you get bigger, chance encounters to hear about cool things others are working on becomes more and more valuable, but definitely doesn’t need to be 5 days a week
