Had a similar experience. Have you tried adding foods back slowly to see if the cause was more narrow than expected? Also, I've heard that dropping greens takes the benefits even higher.

Obv hard to conduct legit RCT’s on the self but I’ve done a LOT of experimenting... some of the tougher greens obviously didn’t help my stomach. There was a 6-mo period I had a kale/rice bowl most days of the wk. I don’t eat nearly as many cruciferous greens these days

I eat mostly meat/eggs/fish rn. Some greens and fruit mixed in. Lots of fat. Gets weird b/c people get very ideological & attached to diet choices and convos can get uncomfortable very quickly
