AA has a hub in Chicago. And United doesn’t run Chicago O’Hare Airport or IAH - last I checked, the city of Chicago Department of Aviation runs ORD & Houston Airport System runs IAH. As for whether to connect on AA at IAH, maybe. It’s possible you’re on the same plane, anyway.
Is it unwise to book flights with airline A via airport X if airport X is not a hub for airline A? AA is not a hub for Houston nor Chicago. United runs those airports. Is that a possible frequent cause for these delays?pic.twitter.com/wn0c0xu3mR
