I hate phone calls...or rather hated them. Why don't you like them for management. Tone is important in communication. Cannot get in text.
Oh okay, that makes more sense. When I said phone call I was actually being device agnostic but inaccurate with my description. We use google hangouts, skype, whatever (but to your point, device agnostic is best).
