A lot of people I know are discussing how they can evade the tariffs through country of origin, valuation, or goods classification changes. You can report this type of fraud to the CBP through the following steps: 1. Check their company on Panjiva or ImportGenius
i.e. https://panjiva.com/Buyers-Of/nike 2. Click Bill of Lading 3. Scroll to HTS Code and country of origin (I'm not aware of how you can find the value). If it is correct, don't report. 4. If it is not correct, go here https://eallegations.cbp.gov/Home/Index2 and click report trade violations.
