My company uses Trello for project management, e-mails for communication that involve outside parties, and Google Hangouts for internal fast, urgent communication. Google Hangouts sucks ass. AFAIK, there's no good reply function so it's hard to keep multiple convos going.
Nah, it's gringos bro. We just use google hangouts. And they probably text message via imessage or apple's. I like the new pic.

Then just use that? Do they use WhatsApp or GroupMe or any of the other chats I regularly check? Slack honestly is pretty amazing though, I was skeptical but the searchable record for future employees is incredibly valuable
