Which level of regulation do you prefer of the products/services that businesses can offer customers? Absolutely minimal, most everything that regulators think might help, or roughly in between these extremes.

Require a cost benefit analysis be made and reviewed and that benefit exceed cost in order to proceed with regulation.
Easily games and how do you get the person who reviews it to care? I appreciate the effort...I'm just saying that incentives in govt are damn hard.
