It's racist to call out a kid for being Chinese when what he's doing is pretty typical kid behavior the world over
Kids in the PRC until about 8 are, on average, really poorly behaved. They make tons of noise, they'll push you, and just be generally inconsiderate. They are not scolded for this behavior. I'm not sure what being "racist" means, but if this makes me one in your eye so be it.
