Among other things, he thinks regulations of drug and health care companies are good examples of real government oversight that should be applied to social media. It is hard to listen to someone who looks at a dysfunctional industry and wants to emulate it elsewhere.

Not sure this is right but I've gotten the impression that he has failed at everything he has taken on since being a minor player at Facebook.
