Best I can come up with: 1. Force him to spend at least 20% of net worth on Uber stock 2. Don't let him sell it until he leaves the post 3. Any dividends must be used towards future stock purchases 4. Modest (for a CEO) salary

I mean, almost everything should be tied to operating metrics and achieving ultimate profitability.. he should never be incentivized to behave in a certain way so as to influence just the stock price? should be things like # of riders, # of drivers, $/mile, cost/mile, etc etc
